Brian Mason
Principal

Brian founded Mason and Partners Group in 1982. He is Executive Chairman and Manager of the Perth-based Recruitment and Search group.

During the 25 years of operation, Brian has completed a significant number of searches for CEOs, CFOs, Non Executive Directors and skilled technical staff for a wide range of clients.

These include the energy sector - upstream and downstream, engineering and construction, commodities trading, the professions, retail and manufacturing.

Previously Brian was involved in sales and marketing management. He also had significant experience in oil exploration throughout Australia and the Middle East.

He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management (FAIM) and a Fellow of The Australian Institute of Company Directors(FAICD).
